Shanghai international MARATHON on November 17, 2019 AND 5-DAY TOUR OF shanghai

Shanghai International Marathon was founded in 1996. As an IAAF Gold Label Road Race, the course is AIMS certified. It also carries the title of CAA (China Athletic Association) Gold Marathon. As one of the best marathons in China, the field has 28,000 runners in marathon distance (42.195km or 26.2 miles) and 5,000 runners in 10km (6 miles) distance. This flat course runs through Shanghai’s must-see sites and offers not only free photos but complimentary massages at the finish! With running temperatures typically quite nice for running, this is your Asia race not to miss!

It was a very good race and very good organization. People can run PR here. There were numerous supplys along the course, bananas, grapes, and even tomatos. Chinese people are very friendly. I had a great experience here. I recommend Shanghai Marathon to everybody!
