Add a Young Traveler to My Reservation
A child is considered ages 3-12 at the time of check-in. Children 2 and under traveling with parents are free. Extra $40 per night if rollaway is required.
Names, Ages, Race Event of Additional Child Travelers & Any rollaway requirement (+40 per night)
1. Reservations and Payments: Initial Deposit - A completed booking order/form together with a non-refundable deposit of $650 per person must be received before confirming your reservations. If applicable, an additional non-refundable $300 deposit per traveler is required to confirm space on the Sydney extension travel. Final Payment - Final payment must be received before May 1st, 2023. Final payments received on or after May 1st, 2023 will be charged a $25.00 late payment fee. Accounts where final payments have not been received within 5 days of May 1st, 2023 will be automatically cancelled without refund.

2. Cancellations: Should you need to cancel in the future, there is a $650 per person cancellation fee plus any entry fee(s) for all cancellations prior to May 1st, 2023. Entry fees are non-refundable at any point. No refund will be provided for any cancellations made on or after May 1st, 2023. Changes after May 1st, 2023, are not guaranteed.

3. Airfare/Transfers/Travel: Airfare and transfers to/from the airport are not included in the package. You are responsible for your airfare, transfers, and procuring any required documents including but not limited to visas, vaccination certificates, passports, etc to obtain entry to the country(ies) you are visiting during your travel package.

4. Race Entry: You must buy a travel package; race entry only to the AUSTRALIAN OUTBACK MARATHON via FIT is not permitted. Tour package inclusions are listed on the FITrun AOM website: https://www.fitnessinternationaltravel.com/fitrun/australian-outback-marathon

5. 2023 Australian Outback Marathon Terms and Conditions: I/we agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth by the 2023 Australian Outback Marathon for participation in the event as clarified on https://australianoutbackmarathon.com/terms-conditions/

6. Photography/Content: I agree to allow FIT to post pictures, videos, and any content from the travel package and tour experience to their social media pages and website. I understand that during the FIT Australian Outback Marathon tour or in related activities, I may be photographed, filmed, and/or videotaped. I agree to allow my name, photo, video or film likeness to be used for any legitimate promotional purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers and assigns.

7. All clients are responsible for ensuring you meet the requirements for entry. FIT is not responsible for securing, reviewing or confirming any of your documentation required for travel to Australia. We are also not responsible for any expenses you may incur as related to COVID-19 including but not limited to test requirements, quarantine requirements, and/or extended stays & travel costs due to a positive test result. It is the responsibility of all individuals to obtain the appropriate tests and documentation required for entry to Australia to join the FIT trip.

8. I/we understand that events on the program are exclusive to those booked on the full travel package. I/we confirm that anyone staying at the hotel in the FIT hotel room block is registered as part of the FIT package program. If a registered client attempts to house a non-registered guest and/or invites them to attend any FIT scheduled activities, the registered guest’s tour package will be forfeited and parties may be denied access to future tours. FIT packages are exclusive to those booked on the tour. Please note that no exceptions will be made as this policy will be strictly enforced. We agree to the total program pricing for the reservation (hotel, package, total travelers and runners) that we have selected above and as confirmed at https://www.fitnessinternationaltravel.com/australian-outback-marathon

Itinerary inclusions & pricing are subject to change. FIT will need to work within local rules and requirements at the time of the event to meet operational standards which may adjust tour inclusions. *
