We have guaranteed entry to London, Paris, Sydney, Medoc, Australian Outback Dublin, Berlin, Valencia, Lewa Safari and Marine Corps via our travel packages.  We do not have guaranteed entry to Boston, Chicago or Tokyo.  Our website will indicate if the travel includes access to guaranteed entry or if the package is travel only.

Absolutely! We offer various package options so you can bring along your family and your biggest cheerleaders.

Of course!  Many of our marathoners travel solo but quickly make new friends upon arrival. Our events are fun, inclusive, and create a comfortable environment for everyone to connect.

Airfare is not included in our packages, you will need to arrange your own flights. We are happy to assist with recommendations on the best options for air travel.

We highly recommend travel insurance.  We work with two preferred vendors, Travel Insurance Options through IMG & Travel Insurance Options through Travel Guard

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking your trip. You can make payments up until 3-4 months (depending on the trip) prior to departure, at which point the trip must be paid in full. Cards will automatically be charged the final payment total within 24 hours of the final payment deadline. Accounts where the payment was declined, will receive a $25 late fee charge and reservations will be protected for 5 business days. Reservations that are not paid in full 5 business days after the final payment deadline will be automatically cancelled.

Not to worry, your total payment will be applied to your booking. Please make sure you double check the total amount you are paying at the time of your booking – the reservations will default to the deposit amount for all bookings. If you elect to pay in full and then request a refund for the full amount less the deposit, accounts will be charged any applicable cancellation fees at that time plus a 4% administrative fee to cancel.

Yes!  We accept Mastercard, Visa & Amex.  We also, accept checks via mail to our office address 10 Middle Street, Beverly, MA 01915. Please make checks out to Fitness International Travel.

Unfortunately, no.  Entry must be obtained through one of our awesome travel packages.
