1. Reservations and Payments: Initial Deposit - A completed tour application together with a non-refundable deposit of $300 per person for the EDP Lisbon Half-marathon Package must be received before confirming your reservations. Final Payment - Final payment must be received before December 5th, 2025. Final payments received on or after December 5, 2025 will be charged a $25.00 late payment fee. Final payments not received within 5 days of December 5, 2025 will be automatically cancelled.

2. Cancellations: The initial deposit is non-refundable. Should you need to cancel in the future, there is a $300 per person cancellation fee for all cancellations prior to December 5, 2025. Entry fees are non-refundable at any point. No refund will be provided for any cancellations made on or after December 5, 2025. Changes after December 5, 2025, are not guaranteed.

3. Airfare/Transfers/Travel: You are responsible for your airfare, transfers, and procuring any required documents to obtain entry to the country(ies) you are visiting during your travel package. Airfare is not included in the package. Airfare is usually non-refundable, but at the airline discretion, you may be able to use part of the fare for future travel. Transfers to and from the airport are not included.

4. Race Entry: Race entry only to the EDP Lisbon HALF-MARATHON via FIT is not permitted. You must buy a complete tour package to receive race entry.

5. 2026 EDP Lisbon Half-Marathon Terms and Conditions: I agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth by the 2025 EDP Lisbon Half-Marathon for participation in the event as clarified on https://inscricoes2026.maratonaclubedeportugal.com/?lang=en&run=edp21k and the SuperHalfs as clarified https://www.superhalfs.com/en/. I understand that FIT is not operating the half-marathon.

6. Photography/Content: I agree to allow FIT to post pictures, videos, and any content from the travel package and tour experience to their social media pages and website. I understand that during the FIT EDP Lisbon Half-Marathon tour or in related activities, I may be photographed, filmed, and/or videotaped. I agree to allow my name, photo, video or film likeness to be used for any legitimate promotional purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers and assigns.
