1. Reservations and Payments: Initial Deposit - A completed booking order/form together with a non-refundable deposit of $500 per person must be received before confirming your reservations. Final Payment - Final payment must be received before May 31st, 2024. Final payments received on or after May 31st, 2024 will be charged a $25.00 late payment fee. Accounts where final payments have not been received within 5 days of May 31st, 2024 will be automatically cancelled without refund.

2. Cancellations: The initial deposit is non-refundable. Should you need to cancel in the future, there is a $500 per person cancellation fee for all cancellations prior to May 31st, 2024. Entry fees are non-refundable at any point. No refund will be provided for any cancellations made on or after May 31st, 2024. Changes after May 31st, 2024, are not guaranteed.

3. Airfare/Transfers/Travel: You are responsible for your airfare, transfers, and procuring any required documents to obtain entry to the country(ies) you are visiting during your travel package. Airfare is not included in the package. Airfare is usually non-refundable, but at the airline discretion, you may be able to use part of the fare for future travel. *

6. Photography/Content: I agree to allow FIT to post pictures, videos, and any content from the travel package and tour experience to their social media pages and website. I understand that during the FIT Medoc Marathon tour or in related activities, I may be photographed, filmed, and/or videotaped. I agree to allow my name, photo, video or film likeness to be used for any legitimate promotional purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers and assigns.

7. You agree to submit a medical form signed by your doctor to FIT to confirm you are in good health to compete in the 2024 Medoc Marathon. Failure to submit your signed participation form by May 31, 2024 will automatically cancel your tour. Participants will not receive a bib entry to the event unless doctors notes are submitted by May 31, 2024.

9. All clients are responsible for ensuring you meet the requirements and have the appropriate documents for entry to France and to run the Medoc Marathon. FIT is not responsible for securing, reviewing or confirming any of your documentation required for travel to France. We are also not responsible for any expenses you may incur as related to COVID-19 or any other reason including but not limited to test requirements, quarantine requirements, and/or extended stays & travel costs.
